Contractor Public Register

Overview

This live register displays the current status of contractors who have applied for NZGAP certification. Businesses can be searched by NZGAP number or trading name and can be filtered by certification status. Results can also be sorted by clicking on the column heading  (e.g. Anniversary Date).

Those who are in the process of becoming certified, have withdrawn their application, or have discontinued their certification are not displayed on the public register.

Certificate versus public register

Electronic and paper copies of certificates are accurate at the time of generation/printing and can be validated at any time via this public register.

Icon and Status Guide

		Approved		- Compliant and Certified (programme rules and checklist requirements met via vetting and third party audit)
		Expired		- Certification expiry date has passed, but renewal process has not been completed
		Suspended		- Certification revoked due to issue which has yet to be resolved (e.g. non-compliance found during audit)
		Cancelled		- Certification has been terminated within last 12 months (e.g. failure to resolve suspension)
		Declined		- Application has been rejected before certification attained (e.g. not met requirements)
